Made from Natural Beeswax Barrel wax is used during the curing process for whisky ageing barrels. While curing a barrel should seal any natural gaps, a small amount of barrel wax is ideal for sealing up any further leaks.
To help seal a leak in your oak barrel, rub the wax gently between your fingers until it softens; to apply simply press in to the gap.
