Competition Rules & Policy

1. Competition Overview

We are giving away 100 tickets to 100 lucky winners for BCB London. Each ticket is worth +€99 and covers both days of the event. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Prizes

  • One ticket to BCB London 2025 (30 June – 1 July 2025) at Tobacco Dock, Wapping, London. Each ticket covers both days and is valued at €99.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must subscribe to our email list during the competition period. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Eligibility

The competition is open to EU residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Urban Bar and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. Competition Period

The competition will run until 23 June 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • 100 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on 24 June 2025.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided when subscribing.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection & Marketing

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Urban Bar. They may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

  • Urban Bar reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Urban Bar reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.
  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and any decisions made by Urban Bar, which are final.
