Competition Rules & Policy

1. Competition Overview

Urban Bar is offering entrants the chance to win one of three exciting prizes by subscribing to our email list. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Prizes

• €50 credit to spend in our store.
• Coley Three Piece Shaker Matt Finish 50cl.
• Waiter’s Friend Corkscrew.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must subscribe to our email list during the competition period. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Eligibility

The competition is open to EU residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Urban Bar and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

5. Competition Period

The competition will run from [20.02.2025] to [27.02.2025]. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place within [7] days of the competition closing.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided when subscribing.
• If a winner does not respond within [30] days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection & Marketing

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Urban Bar. They may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

• Urban Bar reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Urban Bar reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and any decisions made by Urban Bar, which are final.
